How it works
We're a free referral service. We don't repair gates ourselves; we connect you with an independent local engineer who does.
1. You tell us what's wrong
Fill in the short form with the problem, your postcode and how soon you need help. Adding the make of motor or a few details helps the engineer come prepared.
2. We pass it to a local engineer
We send your enquiry to one independent gate engineer who covers your area. Urgent requests are flagged so they're seen first.
3. The engineer contacts you
They'll call to understand the problem, confirm their price and arrange a visit. The contract for the work is between you and the engineer, and you're free to say no.
How we're paid
Using Gate Repair Surrey is free for you. The engineers we work with pay us a fee for introductions. That doesn't change the price you pay: they quote you directly.
Who the engineers are
Independent, local gate businesses. Before we pass on enquiries we check they hold public liability insurance and have genuine reviews from customers. We ask engineers to follow Gate Safe guidance on automated gate safety.
If you're ever unhappy with how an engineer dealt with you, tell us at hello@gaterepairsurrey.co.uk. We stop sending work to engineers who don't treat customers well.
